About the event
Agenda
This event is divided into two sections (tour & talk), with FREE lunch provided in between.
The first half of the day will feature a tour of regenerative agricultural practices at DeLano Farms, along with a demonstration of DeLano Farm's Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. Following the tour, we will transition to the Kalamazoo Nature Center for a presentation on Farm Business Incubators and the feasibility of an incubator program in Kalamazoo County as well as lunch. After Lunch, we will have two presentations on soil health and laboratory analysis of soil health and end the day with a discussion about forming a local food network within Kalamazoo County.
