The Kalamazoo Conservation District (KCD) works closely with the community to provide education, technical assistance, and partnerships to fulfill our mission: “Protecting soil & water for generations; not only today’s generation but future generations.” By implementing technologies and practices that are environmentally sound we can ensure long term use of our precious natural resources.
Every five years, the Kalamazoo Conservation District looks for feedback about natural resources and conservation in our county. This survey helps us prioritize resources for the most important needs identified by our residents, helping us to promote and implement voluntary conservation. We understand that climate change is providing new challenges for our community. Climate change will affect all aspects of our natural resources and is inherent in all of these topics.
Thank you so much for taking the time to assist the Kalamazoo Conservation with providing your input. The results of the survey are provided in the document below.
