Summer 2024
Scrap Tire Events
We have a grant to recycle unwanted passenger tires in Kalamazoo County. Last year we collected over 3,000 tires for recycling and we are looking to do the same in 2024!
Volunteers are needed to load scrap passenger tires into semitrailers for two events:
July 11 from 9:00 am-2:00 pm at Swan Park west of Vicksburg.
August 7 from 3:00 pm-7:00 pm at Comstock Transfer Station.
2023-2024
Join us at our public board meetings to learn what's going on with the district and help us to get conservation on the ground.
